- I go by the name of "HughOfBardfield" on the various forums I belong to, and on Flickr, where I Admin and Co-Mod a number of Groups. Have been taking photographs since age 6-7, taught by my photography-mad father. Started taking photographs professionally in late 1980s, and have recently started again after pursuing other professional avenues (which involved commissioning and art-directing other photographers!). I specialise in landscape and social documentary photography, but am also experienced in macro and press work. I am also an award-winning public relations professional , specialising in community engagement and consultation. I can also produce advertising and editorial copy to the highest standards. Incidentally this blog has nothing whatever to do with Olympus or their subsidiaries - I merely use their products and your mileage may vary! Caveat emptor and all that.
